This product has a warranty period of 12 months from the date of supply which is deemed as the invoice date. We will undertake to repair or replace any parts which prove to be defective within that time or to offer a credit/refund provided the instrument(s) have been returned (carriage paid) within the warranty period.
The product warranty will be invalidated if labels have been removed, the goods have been abused, altered, used at ratings above or below the maximum specified or otherwise misused in any way.
All flow meter products are shipped fully calibrated and ready for installation. To ensure optimum performance, we recommend that you recalibrate the instrumentation every 12 months.
We accept returns up to 14 days after initial despatch.

All orders must be placed by 2:00pm and delivery times are subject to stock being available. Shipments are charged at the greater or actual volumetric weight.
