SALES OFFICE TELESALES/MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
We are a small engineering company who specialise in the supply of flow meters, level sensors and instrumentation systems all over the world.
We are looking to implement a new role within the sales/marketing team to help achieve sales growth.
Key duties will include:
Calling existing and new customers to identify key point of contact with the aim to secure a continued communication link and identify the customer requirements.
Update and maintain company database.
Help answer incoming sales calls, provide weekly report on call data.
Contact lapsed customers, monitor and report on these activities in regular meetings.
Propose and create an email for marketing/ updating the customer with the services that we can provide, driving these and managing the responses.
Promote our calibration service, send follow up emails and monitor Calibration due dates.
Any other activities seemed necessary to achieve our business objectives.
A confident speaker who can communicate with people at all levels
Able to assimilate technical information
A polite and friendly manner which enables you to establish a rapport with the customer and best represents our business.
Self-driven and able to work on own initiative, able to work independently and introduce fresh ideas to generate growth.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to use Word, Excel, powerpoint and general database systems.
We are looking for someone with previous telesales experience preferably with Technical sales background.
TEMP/PERM INITIAL 3 MONTH
20 HOURS PER WEEK (CAN BE DISCUSSED)
